Are payment terminals guaranteed?

Yes, our payment terminals are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of a problem, we will exchange your unit.

If the Internet is down, do Clover products still work?

Yes ! All Clover systems accept payments via the LTE wireless network (with an LTE service plan). This means you can use your phone’s wireless access point to continue processing transactions.
